Windows 8.1 includes Hyper‑V, the same machine virtualization technology that is part of Windows Server. Hyper‑V lets you run more than one 32-bit or 64-bit x86 operating system at the same time on the same PC, by running them inside a virtual machine.

Step 1: Prerequisites
2.Save the BIOS settings and boot up the machine normally.
3. Than go to control panel >> program>> program and feature>> Turn windows feature on and off.
4. Select and Enable Hyper-V.

Following prerequisites are required to successfully run Client Hyper-V on Windows 8.1:
- Windows 8 64 bit Operating System
- 4GB system RAM at minimum
- BIOS-level Hardware Virtualization support
- Ensure that hardware virtualization support is turned on in the BIOS settings.
2.Save the BIOS settings and boot up the machine normally.
3. Than go to control panel >> program>> program and feature>> Turn windows feature on and off.
4. Select and Enable Hyper-V.
5. If Hyper-V was not previously enabled reboot the system to apply the changes.
